I got the recipe from my Colorado Inn Cook book

Heavenly Hots Pancakes Recipe
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup cake flour
2 cups sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
In a blender or mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Drop from a tablespoon-pancakes should be about 2 1/2 inches, onto a hot greased griddle
